Are you passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences that empower millions of small and medium businesses worldwide? We’re seeking a Product Experience Designer to join our Global SME Team and help shape the future of data-driven business solutions.

In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic CX&D Squad, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and UX to design innovative, user-centric experiences. You’ll conceptualize new features, drive design system evolution, and bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping and human-centered design principles. Your work will directly impact how businesses grow, scale, and deliver value to their customers globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to and evolve our design system alongside cross-functional partners.
• Create and iterate high-fidelity assets, components, and prototypes using Figma.
• Translate complex business needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and reusable UI elements for scalable experiences.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts and MVPs using design thinking methodologies.
• Continuously improve design processes and usability through atomic design principles.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years’ UX/UI experience designing consumer or B2B products.
• Deep expertise in Figma, design systems, and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2B2C models and product strategy.
• Hands-on experience building global digital products.
• Strategic thinker with an eye for clean, functional visual design.
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for innovation, design thinking, and user advocacy.
