We’re looking for a Visual Design Engineer to join our Global SME Team, where design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about strategy, storytelling, and shaping the future of digital experiences for millions of small and medium businesses worldwide.

In this role, you’ll be part of a pioneering CX&D Squad, working at the intersection of product, UX, and technology to craft visuals that inspire confidence, elevate usability, and bring a bold creative vision to life. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver impactful, scalable design systems that drive engagement and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Design world-class interfaces that balance functionality with visual excellence.
• Develop cohesive visual languages, iconography, typography, and motion elements.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, human-centered visuals and presentations.
• Partner across teams to build reusable components and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Contribute to storytelling within products—ensuring every touchpoint inspires trust and delight.
• Explore motion and prototyping to bring your ideas to life with elegance and intent.
• Champion design excellence, consistency, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.
• Continuously refine processes and visuals using atomic design principles.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in Visual, UI, or Product Design, with a portfolio that inspires.
• Deep expertise in Figma and strong command of design tools (Adobe Suite, motion tools a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Exceptional attention to detail balanced with speed, pragmatism, and innovation.
• Skilled at communicating design decisions and influencing stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional environments.
