We are seeking a Cyber Delivery Manager to join our customer’s team in Dublin, driving the successful delivery of key cyber security and compliance initiatives.
Our customer operates in a dynamic environment where emerging technologies, regulatory changes and evolving business priorities create new challenges. Their cyber security strategy continues to evolve to safeguard personal data, critical systems and sensitive information across the organisation.
As an Operator of Essential Services (OES), our customer must meet strict security and incident reporting requirements set by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) in Ireland.
The Cyber Delivery Manager will play a vital role in strengthening resilience, protecting critical systems and data, and ensuring ongoing compliance with national security standards. They will support the execution of multiple workstreams related to cyber security, compliance and other protection efforts in alignment with the strategic vision of the business.

This role will operate within a dedicated team committed to enhancing the customer’s security and compliance posture, building relationships and influencing change to deliver on key objectives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across diverse business and technology teams in a fast-paced, complex and agile environment. The successful candidate must attend the office in Dublin at least once a week.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
The Cyber Delivery Manager will act as a champion for best practices in cyber tooling and an ambassador for the programme across the customer’s technology and business organisation. They will remain up to date with technologies, cyber trends and compliance regulations, ensuring high-quality delivery across all initiatives. The role requires the ability to drive complex, cross-organisational workstreams through strong stakeholder influence, governance, and collaboration.
Draft clear and compelling value statements for proposed tooling or control implementations
Support the delivery organisation and business in applying best practices to all cyber security deliverables
Work with the Portfolio Manager to support effective prioritisation and backlog refinement
Prepare statements of work for implementation teams and manage all aspects of the change delivery cycle
Support change management processes, including business and technical impact assessments
Ensure detailed analysis is completed on time and aligned with business and client needs
Provide visibility of delivery performance and contribute to data-driven decision making
Maintain delivery systems of record (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and ensure information accuracy
Participate in wider delivery ceremonies to ensure alignment and prioritisation across the cyber portfolio
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with key stakeholders including delivery leadership, the Cyber Security Office, Group IT, Corporate Functions and Business Planning teams
Work with product management, product owners and programme partners to define scope, objectives and success metrics for new and existing cyber tooling and controls
Act as an escalation point when required and resolve issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the technology group
Governance and Communication
Ensure strong governance across all assignments in partnership with the cyber portfolio lead and Information Security Officer
Promote best practices in risk management, reporting and communication using approved tools and processes
Manage internal communications to ensure all relevant stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Skills:
Relevant third-level qualification with a strong technical focus
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including at least 3 years in project or delivery management
Familiarity with cyber security tools, industry trends and policies
Experience managing security and compliance audits, including regulatory compliance knowledge
Proven ability to collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, communications and business teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Excellent knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
Experience working with third-party suppliers in business or IT change initiatives, including remote and co-located teams
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with Jira and Confluence / Atlassian suite
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate effectively up to Director level
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
Proven conflict resolution skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Desirable Skills:
Agile and/or PMI/Prince2 certification
Experience delivering within Agile environments
Technical background in delivery, ideally gained in consulting or within large enterprise environments such as aviation or Tier 1 organisations
Experience in cyber security assessments, accreditations, forensics and incident response
Knowledge of information security frameworks and methodologies (e.g. NIST, ISO) and related best practices
ITIL v3, Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker or other security certifications are an advantage
