Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts payable
- Record other operational expenses, including fixed assets, payroll accounting, and statistical reporting
- Provide support during audits
- Process, organize, and post all other accounting documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information learned during work and take necessary measures to prevent its disclosure
- Uphold the Finance Department's reputation by fostering collaboration and delivering professional work
- Follow the Financial Director's instructions and perform any other tasks related to the department's functions
- Can be substituted by Finance Department staff as needed, and vice versa
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Latvian and English language knowledge
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Excel (formulas and functions for data analysis)
- Knowledge of labor law and tax regulations
- Proficiency in resource management (ERP) software
- Ability to handle large volumes of information
- Capability to organize and manage one's work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and accountability for work results
