About The Role (temporary Position)

Put yourself in investors’ shoes and see how important decisions are made in Scandinavian companies. Join Voting team and find out how you can support and help investors to vote at shareholder meetings.

As a Business Services Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Review and processing of the client documentation
• Processing different type of transactions
• Assisting clients with their daily inquires over the phone and email
  
  

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Previous experience in banking and finance is valued but not mandatory - we believe that required skills can be taught with the right motivation
• Ability to manage your time, multitask, prioritize and work with tight deadlines
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to handle complex information
• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written), work execution is related to foreign countries
• Positive mindset and willingness to take ownership

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
