Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring successful implementation on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage cross-departmental project teams, providing clear direction, leadership, and motivation
- Apply a pragmatic combination of Waterfall and Agile frameworks to drive project delivery
- Manage strategic projects portfolio: manage projects intake, monitor project implementation, mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Draft new and improving existing project management standards and procedures
- Train and coach project managers on project management methodologies
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in project portfolio management and other organizational initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in IT or related projects - at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role, leading complex, strategic, cross-departmental projects
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2 or similar) are considered a plus
- Self-driven and possession of strong sense of ownership while following strict deadlines in constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thing strategically, understand the big picture and integrate complex topics
- Strong analytical and problem – solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information an develop insights
- Result oriented and collaborative
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience in project management software, Experience in Jira is plus
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- University degree
