ICT Governance Business Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• place Governance rules like ITIL, COBIT, Prince2, GDPR
• Participate in defining and updating IT governance processes (demand management, change management, document management, etc.);
• Contribute to the collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements in conjunction with technical and functional teams;
• Participate in writing documentation (procedures, diagrams, role matrices, training materials);
• Assist in ensuring compliance with internal IT security, quality, and risk management policies;
• Participate in the preparation of governance committees (reporting, KPIs, action plan monitoring);
• Contribute to the implementation of IT performance indicators and the production of reports for management;
• Collaborate with project teams on cross-functional topics (tool implementation, performance monitoring, process audits).
