Your role 💼

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Marketing field to join our team to manage strategic projects and collaborate with various agencies specializing in brand support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing advertising projects and will be able to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Interface with various marketing and advertising agencies to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create effective and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Conduct update meetings with team members and agencies to assess progress and make strategic adjustments.
• Analyze campaign results and provide detailed reports to management.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in managing marketing projects, preferably in agency settings.
• Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory, French is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Strong results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of best practices in advertising and digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
