System Engineer (Nutanix)

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor’s level or three years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience plus five or more years of professional experience in Systems administration, with relevance to the tasks described aboves

• Previous architecture/design level experience

• Previous experience as System administrator in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions

• Previous experience in Designing, implementing and operating Nutanix Infrastructure

• In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in the administration of enterprise (virtualized) infrastructure, systems and datacenters

• Maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools

• Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Advantageous:

• General knowledge of networking, ICT infrastructure and systems

• Experience as technology expert in a second area of the following list: Security, Network

• Expert level certifications in systems/infrastructure design and operations

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations

• Proven hands-on experience with other Nutanix solutions and features

• Proven hands-on experience with all other Citrix solutions

• Previous experience IT automation
