We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join one of our biggest clients, a company specialized in cloud-native modernization and digital transformation projects.

Location: Offices in Lisbon or Aveiro (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Participate in a modernization project focused on converting containerized APIs (EKS) into AWS Lambda serverless functions
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to ensure smooth migration and integration

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (Mid/Senior level) in Java development
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially Lambda
• Experience in converting Spring Boot applications to AWS Lambda is a plus
