This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead complex, high-impact programs across global enterprise operations. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams while serving as a trusted advisor to strategic clients. This position combines program leadership, client engagement, and business development responsibilities, allowing you to influence delivery frameworks, mentor teams, and contribute to organizational strategy. You will play a pivotal role in expanding operations into new markets while maintaining rigorous standards for governance, quality, and performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead complex SAP, non-SAP, and technology transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals and client needs
  • Oversee resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Provide strategic direction to cross-functional delivery teams, promoting operational excellence and best practices
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, advising on solutions, roadmaps, and business outcomes
  • Support business growth through sales enablement, proposal development, and market expansion initiatives
  • Mentor delivery teams, contribute to organizational strategy, and represent the organization at client meetings and industry events


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex SAP or enterprise IT transformation programs, ideally within consulting or managed services
  • Proven success in high-growth or start-up environments, with experience establishing scalable delivery processes
  • Cross-sector and cross-functional expertise with a record of delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across industries
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and client relationship management experience
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, balancing delivery rigor with agility
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive and C-suite levels

  • Base Salary: €125,000—€145,000 EUR
