What You Will Do In This Role
As a Content Moderator, you will:
- You will provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;
- You will ensure that the platform's store content are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the platforms’ policies;
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
- You will ensure training, standards and policies are provided.
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have an advanced level of Turkish (written and oral) (C1)
- English level (intermediate)
- Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
- High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
- Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;
- Fast learner, diligent worker.
