We are looking for an ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working on African projects.
This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities, including solution design, functional and technical analysis, and development.

About The Role
We are looking for an ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working on African projects.
This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities, including solution design, functional and technical analysis, and development.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Analyze, design, build, and test Integration solutions based on business requirements;
- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project;
- Identify risks and impact on the project solution;
- Ensure the best practices in software design and development
- Leading and coaching junior team members.
- Report to the management team.
- Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS);
- +2 years of experience involved in integration projects (TIBCO);
- Hands-on experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment procedures).
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
- Teamwork skills, but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
