What you’ll be doing


  • Assist in defining, implementing, and monitoring Data Governance (DG) policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Focus on the technical and procedural implementation of Metadata, Data Lineage, Data Quality, and Master Data.
  • Apply and manage data governance tools (such as Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview) for cataloging and management.
  • Collect business requirements, synthesize insights, and transform them into practical recommendations (business and technical).
  • Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations using data storytelling and visualizations.
  • Apply an analytical and structured mindset to solve complex data management problems.
  • Work as part of a team within a Center of Excellence (CoE) and promote the adoption of governance practices within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and industry best practices.



What you will need to succeed


  • Curious, proactive, and customer-oriented professional who is passionate about data and eager to make an impact on how organizations govern and manage their data assets.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience working with Data Strategy and Governance.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and management best practices, including key concepts such as data ownership, metadata, lineage, data quality, and master data.
  • Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements, synthesize insights, and translate them into business and technical recommendations.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and talent for visual storytelling—ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
  • Analytical mindset combined with attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Strong sense of curiosity and genuine interest in emerging data technologies and tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview).
  • Team player attitude, willingness to collaborate across disciplines within the Center of Excellence.
  • Fluency in English, facilitating collaboration in a global context.
