CRM Specialist (m/f)

Iskraemeco is looking for a team member who is interested in comprehensive management of the CRM system and would like to administer and develop modern technologies based on cloud services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of the Salesforce CRM system.
• Development, support, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM system.
• Integrating the CRM system with other IT solutions (ERP, BI, etc.).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on the development of new functionalities.
• Playing an active role in the company’s global digital transformation.
• Managing user requests, incidents, and changes within the CRM system.
• Preparing technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Analyzing CRM data to support business decision-making.
• Monitoring trends and innovations in CRM technologies and proposing improvements.
• Supporting the implementation of new modules, integrations, and business process automation.
• Ensuring CRM system compliance with security policies and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR).

The competencies we are looking for:

• Completed Level VI/2 education (in IT, computer science, business studies, or other relevant fields) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage, especially in configuration, administration, or development.
• Understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex challenges.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders – from end users to management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for participation in international projects.
