For my client, a Swiss-based cybersecurity services provider operating a 24/7 Managed Security Operations Center, I’m looking for a SOC Analyst (Tier 1) to join their team.

This is a hands-on position within a dynamic and international cybersecurity environment — ideal for someone eager to grow, learn, and contribute directly to real incident detection and response activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and triage security alerts as part of a 24/7 shift rotation (morning, evening, night).
• Perform initial investigations using SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and firewall technologies.
• Escalate incidents according to defined procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during incidents.
• Contribute to process improvement and continuous detection enhancement.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a SOC Tier 1 or similar cybersecurity operations role.
• Understanding of core security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent command of English (mandatory).
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop within a high-performing team.
• Flexibility to work on 24/7 shift rotations.
