We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

This is a full-time on-site role for a PHP Developer located in Bucharest, Romania. The PHP Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using modern PHP frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony). Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions. The role also involves participating in code reviews, testing, and ensuring software quality and performance.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles
• Experience with modern PHP development (PHP 8+)
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Doctrine, Eloquent)
• Understanding of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus

• Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security best practices in payment systems
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for frontend development
• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization/orchestration tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of unit testing and test automation frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
