Job Description:

• As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, capture requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and workflows.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives while helping stakeholders adopt best practices and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with stakeholders to capture and document business and functional requirements.
• Translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Supporting design workshops, gap analyses, and solution validation sessions.
• Collaborating with delivery manager, developers and architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities.
• Augment existing process team to support territories with process readiness, new ways of working, and organizational change management.
• Training process communities of practice. Creation and modification of PwC”s SOPs for processes and assist member firms with their SOPs as required.
• In scope processes.
• ServiceNow experience with the processes and products listed. Experience writing process documentation, training content.
• Experience delivering training. 3+ years At least one of the following modules.
• IT Service Management.
• IT Operations Management
