We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in

Go and Java to join a dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design,

development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and APIs, while collaborating with

cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in Go
• Strong backend development skills in Java / Spring ecosystem
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular or React) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services using Go and Java (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE)
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Collaborate with frontend developers working with Angular or React to ensure seamless integration
• Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), and continuous integration pipelines
• Document technical designs and contribute to architectural decisions
• Ensure code quality through tools like SonarQube and maintain best practices
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
