We’re looking for an Infrastructure Specialist – Red Hat DevOps to help build, automate, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining Red Hat OpenShift clusters, implementing GitOps principles, and ensuring observability and reliability across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to streamline deployment and configuration management.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Ansible or Terraform.
• Set up and manage observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across containerized and hybrid environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Red Hat OpenShift administration (installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting).
• Hands-on experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience in Observability – logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• German language: B2 level or above (mandatory).
