We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for technology to join a leading company in the consumer electronics industry (smartphones, smartwatches, etc.), a top player in the import and distribution of innovative products on the market!
Developing and Implementing Product Strategy:
- Creating and managing the product strategy for each product category (phones, smartwatches, etc.) in alignment with the company's goals;
- Conducting market and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio;
- Defining the product roadmap for new product development and launches.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Gathering insights on market needs, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities;
- Conducting SWOT analyses and market studies to understand opportunities and challenges for both existing and new products.
Managing the Product Lifecycle:
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept and launch to performance evaluation and potential product withdrawal;
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize inventory and ensure product availability in the market.
Collaboration with Suppliers and External Partners:
- Working directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts;
- Building relationships with distribution partners and promoting products to them.
Marketing Strategies and Product Launches:
- Creating and implementing marketing plans for new or existing products;
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns;
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on market feedback.
Monitoring Product Performance:
- Tracking the performance of each product (sales, customer feedback, profitability reports) and taking corrective actions when necessary;
- Analyzing customer feedback and proposing improvements for existing products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management or similar roles, preferably in the technology industry (devices, phones, smartwatches);
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Management, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, etc.);
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronic products and trends in the mobile device and wearables industry;
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions;
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
