Project Coordinator / Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator / Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll oversee project planning, coordination, and execution — ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, communication, and success across every stage of the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and milestones
• Identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration
• Manage budgets, schedules, and documentation for reporting and compliance
• Support problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic, fast-paced environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, management, or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project)
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus
