We plan to hire 3–6 people for this role. You will be grouped together in teams and be given projects to complete. You are expected to take ownership and be self-driving. We will have standing meetings to follow up on progress and give guidance. These are a few focus areas you will be working on:

• Develop new AI subagents or tools for agents
• Build observability tools for monitoring and analyzing overall system status
• Work on frontend and UX projects
• Develop and maintain CI/CD and QA pipelines
• Research and test new promising techniques

It is almost mandatory that you either speak Swedish or live in Stockholm but we recognize that if you wow us, we are going to be a bit flexible.

Expectations:

• Can start within a few weeks
• Needs to work at least 20h a week
• Positive mentality
• No ego
• You either have some work experience or you have a portfolio of cool projects you have show us
• Coding tests will be conducted.

Conditions:

• Location: 100% Remote
• Hourly Wage: 175 SEK
• Needs to be employable in Sweden.
• Equipment: Bring your own computer
• Contract: 6-month probationary period
