The Role

You'll be our first engineering hire, working directly with the founding team to build the core product. This isn't a "take a ticket and ship it" role. You'll shape our technical direction, architecture, and engineering culture. You will would offer competetive equity + Salary!

What you'll do

• Build and own full-stack features end-to-end in our web application
• Design, orchestrate and implement AI-powered workflows that proactively surface logistics issues and insights
• Architect scalable systems using our modern stack: Laravel, MySQL, Solr, Redis
• Work with MCP servers and LLM integrations to make e-commerce operations intelligent and contextual
• Build integrations with tools e-commerce teams already use (WMS, carriers, customer experience, etc.)
• Ship fast, iterate based on user feedback, and help define what "delightful logistics operations" looks like
• Make key technical decisions that will impact the product for years to come

What we're looking for

We care about what you can do and who you are, not where you went to school.

Must-haves

• Strong experience in modern PHP/Laravel or string experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Comfortable working across the entire stack, from database schema to UI polish
• Track record of shipping products users actually use
• Excited about AI/LLM applications and willing to dive deep into this space
• Thrives in ambiguity and can figure things out independently
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Stockholm

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar modern e-commerce platforms
• Experience building integrations with shipping carriers and warehouse systems
• Worked at an early-stage startup before (0-10 people)
• Background B2B SaaS
