TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Stockholm team for a parental leave cover starting in mid-January 2026, lasting approximately one year. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing visual materials across print and digital formats, ensuring cohesive and refined execution that aligns with TOTEME’s visual identity. You will work closely with the Brand and Creative teams, supporting ongoing projects such as packaging, printed collateral, store materials, and digital layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual materials across digital and print channels, maintaining alignment with TOTEME’s brand identity.
• Lead packaging design projects, including seasonal gift packaging and CRM initiatives.
• Manage print production processes, liaising with suppliers, overseeing budgets, and ensuring high-quality results.
• Produce final artwork files for print and digital delivery.
• Support the creation of store materials, including hoardings, signage, and in-store communication.
• Create and adapt layouts for advertising, lookbooks, invitations, and brand collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints.
• Stay informed on developments in design, typography, and print techniques to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or premium brand sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work, with an emphasis on layout, typography, and packaging.
• Experienced in artworking, with the ability to take projects from concept to final delivery.
• Skilled in managing print production, including supplier communication and budgeting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, on-brand design work.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting in mid-January 2026.
