As a Senior Information Security Officer, you will take ownership of security governance and operations, working closely with both technical and business teams to ensure a secure-by-design culture. You’ll play a key role in developing and enforcing policies, managing incidents, and leading initiatives that enhance the organization’s defense posture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead access management and drive Zero Trust architecture adoption across systems.
• Deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness and training programs organization-wide.
• Oversee security incident management, ensuring timely detection, response, and reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to embed cybersecurity best practices in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in information security, preferably within Linux-based or containerized environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and OWASP frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, PAM, and other key security tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GIAC are highly desirable.
