Strategic Governance & Portfolio Alignment
- Validate that all projects align with senior leadership’s business strategy and goals.
- Contribute to project assessment, clarifying responsibilities: PMO owns the delivery framework; business owners own content and value.
- Collaborate on the design of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure outcomes match strategic objectives.
- Actively manage dependencies, resource conflicts, and risks across the portfolio, providing timely risk reporting to the Head of PMO and leadership team.
- Take full accountability for the project management lifecycle, including planning, timelines, risk control, and reporting.
- Maintain and enforce standard project documentation: Charters, Roadmaps, financial tracking, and dependency logs.
- Work across departments to ensure stakeholder accountability and delivery within the project structure.
- Deliver clear, data-driven portfolio updates for management reporting, highlighting progress against strategic goals.
- 2–4 years leading complex, strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong governance and process management skills: structured, systematic, and able to enforce standards.
- Business acumen to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Stakeholder management: influence, negotiate, and hold senior stakeholders accountable.
- Impact-focused: know when to lead delivery versus provide governance or advisory support.
- A clear, direct communicator who ensures transparency and supports decision-making.
- Solutions-oriented, accountable, and focused on delivering practical business results.
