What You'll Be Doing
- Support work to design and implement a new operating model for automation across a large organisation
- Analyse current strategy and suggest improvements
- Create, communicate and implement new standards, best practices and ways of working
- Manage several projects to streamline the delivery of solutions such as AI, advanced automation or BI.
- Coordinate work with development resources across the organisation

- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
- Proficient skills in Python or similar coding language
- An interest in Cloud and other advanced technology
- Data visualisation
- Working strategically in a global organisation
- Understanding of Agile or other development practices and principles
