We are seeking a commercially driven, project-focused professional who wants to influence the profitability and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Your Role

As a Commercial Project Manager you will act as the central commercial and financial link for projects - from contract award through to hand-over. Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and monitoring project budget, revenue model and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Providing commercial and financial support to the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle: risk & opportunity management, contract review, guarantees, insurance, export-compliance.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of plan vs. actuals, commitments, costs and revenues; identifying corrective actions.
  • Ensuring project accounting, ERP updates (e.g., SAP), internal controls, and Siemens compliance.
  • Driving contract and change-order management (claims, letters of credit, guarantees) and working cross-functionally with project management, finance, legal, supply-chain and logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams across all Siemens Smart Infrastructure units to develop competitive pricing strategies and optimize commercial terms, ensuring compelling and profitable customer proposals.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial/financial project or order management -preferably in infrastructure, building systems or industrial settings.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, cash flows, guarantees, risk management and contracts.
  • Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Swedish language skills are a plus.
  • Independent, analytical, with strong commercial drive and ability to work in international environments.
  • Merits: Certification as Commercial Project Manager (e.g., CPM@Siemens) and experience in multicultural project teams.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a global, forward-looking company with a strong sustainability agenda.
  • A role with significant responsibility and impact on project profitability and delivery.
  • Attractive compensation package including bonus, pension and benefits aligned with market.
  • Professional development, internal mobility and international network.
