Data & BI Specialist

As our Data & BI Specialist, you play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower decision-making across HENDI. You’ll make sure our data is reliable, accessible, and meaningful; helping teams turn numbers into smarter choices.

What you’ll do

• Develop, build, and maintain clear and engaging BI dashboards and reports, both operational and strategic.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data analyses.
• Support teams with ad hoc data requests and help them make data-driven decisions.
• Promote self-service BI by creating tools, training, and documentation that make insights accessible to everyone.
• Monitor and improve data quality through both automated and manual checks.
• Help shape our data models and KPI framework to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.

What you bring

• A background in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Solid skills in Excel and preferably some SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and making data accessible for everyone.
