What You 'll Do

• Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs powering our AI financial assistants.
• Work with advanced AI and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and economists to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Deliver features end-to-end — from prototype to production — with direct impact on users.

What We're Looking For

• Startup mindset: ownership, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Strong background in software engineering (Python, TypeScript/React, or similar).
• Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed services.
• Solid understanding of databases. (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of big data architectures and data pipelines (batch/streaming systems, large-scale processing).
• Experience with cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, or similar).
• Interest in AI, financial markets, and scalable data platforms.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in a startup environment, where adaptability, wearing multiple hats, and building under uncertainty are key.
• Exposure to fintech, capital markets, or financial data systems.
