About the Role

As an Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional, you will lead monthly IFRS financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will coordinate audits, maintain the integrity of financial records, and monitor key KPIs. By enhancing financial systems and streamlining reporting, you will drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making across global operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly financial closing process and prepare accurate IFRS-compliant financial statements,
• Coordination and preparation of financial analysis ,
• Coordination of annual and local audits with various internal groups and external auditors,
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of company accounts through regular reviews and verification of financial records for financials,
• Developing and regular monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs,
• Drive improvements to the financial systems to leverage value creation,
• Leading the development, modification, and documentation of accounting procedures of new business models.

Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Big4 or experience in financial reporting & control at least 2 years,
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting fundamentals, financial control, budget and reporting,
• Strong financial modelling, MS Excel skills and ability to build and comprehend complex models when required,
• Ability to think strategically; go beyond the numbers and to think logically about underlying business drivers and issues,
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, meet strict deadlines and to be able to prioritise to meet those deadlines,
• Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
• A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision,
• Excellent communication and solid leadership skills,
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented professional with a strong ability to analyze financial data and deliver results efficiently
