We are looking for a “ Mobile Technology Director ” for our growing organization in İstanbul and needed qualifications are below.
- Deep expertise in Unity and/or Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems
- Understanding of C#, C++, Swift, Kotlin, Java
- Experience with Metal, Vulkan, OpenGL ES
- Production experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
- Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs experience
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases
- Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Experience scalable services to millions of concurrent users
- Knowledge of GDPR, COPPA, CCPA compliance and anti-cheat systems
- Experience with Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
- Proficiency with Crashlytics, New Relic, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
- SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Deep understanding of DAU, retention, ARPDAU, LTV, conversion metrics
- Experience with ad networks and SDKs (AdMob, ironSource, Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX)
- Knowledge of IAP systems (StoreKit, Google Play Billing)
- Ad mediation and waterfall optimization experience
- Experience with LiveOps systems (events, seasonal content, economy balancing)
- Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodology experience at enterprise scale
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Multi-year product and technology roadmap planning experience
