Product Owner / Product Manager

Salary: 100 - 120 PLN/h net/B2B

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: AI-driven solution for the fintech sector.

Project Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to join our client, a fast-growing company building AI-driven SaaS products for the financial sector.

You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver new features, improve existing ones, and ensure smooth product delivery throughout the sprint cycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a mix of product thinking, technical understanding, and communication skills who enjoys working in agile, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to keep development teams productive and unblocked
• Translating business needs into clear user stories, features, and epics
• Running workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
• Preparing technical documentation ahead of releases
• Presenting sprint demos to the client and collecting feedback
• Supporting the team in sprint planning and refinement sessions

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in SaaS (preferably Fintech or AI SAAS products)
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks
• Medium technical knowledge - ability to discuss and triage technical challenges
• Experience working with engineering, design, and QA teams
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English
• Proactive, well-organized, and focused on delivery

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), and CI/CD
• Understanding of data analytics and product metrics
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, Postman
• Interest in AI, NLP, or financial technologies
