At our growing team, one of the key positions we are searching for is the Product Manager. We are looking for a passionate Product Manager with interpersonal skills, who is eager to learn more about the product and be part of all phases of the product’s lifecycle.

About the Role:

As our new Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product vision, managing the development process, and leading the mission to deliver a market-leading product. You’ll work closely with customers, technical teams, and marketing to develop competitive products for both local and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the Turkish and international markets to establish a competitive product vision and strategy.
• Develop and manage the product development roadmap, setting priorities and overseeing the process.
• Collect, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into the product development process.
• Conduct market trends and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains competitive.
• Plan and manage sprints, leveraging agile methodologies in the software development process.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and other relevant teams to manage the product development process.
• Define and monitor product success criteria (KPIs) and take necessary actions accordingly.
• Manage technical discussions and provide roadmap insights during meetings with key customers.
• Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure their applicability throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define the product's value proposition, key messages, and positioning strategy.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or as a product owner
• Experience in software development, SaaS (Software as a Service), and especially cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in UX/UI principles, API integrations, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in customer-focused product development processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (necessary for interacting with foreign clients and conducting global competitor analysis).
• Knowledge of B2C and B2B SaaS platforms and trends in this field.
• Visionary mindset, analytical thinking skills, technical proficiency, process management, communication skills and business acumen.
