Cornerstone Türkiye – We are hiring a Project Sales Manager (Turkiye)
We are partnering with a leading building materials & MEP support systems company to recruit a Project Sales Manager who will drive domestic project sales, shape go-to-market plans, and coordinate end-to-end project execution with technical, R&D, and field teams. (Product domains include pipe hangers/supports, modular profiles, and seismic restraint systems.)
What you will do
- Build and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets.
- Develop marketing actions to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze customer needs and expand the product/service portfolio.
- Define technical & operational requirements; ensure on-time delivery with cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare/review commercial contracts; set payment and shipment terms.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and technical teams on new solutions.
- Identify risks, propose mitigations, and take action.
- Own project budgets, cost analysis, and profitability tracking.
- Conduct site/field visits to improve process effectiveness.
- Manage communication with site teams and suppliers.
- Report sales & project performance to management and surface new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials/Metallurgy Engineering.
- Proven experience in domestic project sales and project execution in construction/MEP-related solutions.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Turkiye.
