We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CFO to join the team of our client who is the one of the leading semi government organization in the region.


This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.


The Executive Assistant to the CFO will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operations of the CFO’s office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Efficiently manage and prioritize the CFO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups, optimizing the CFO’s time.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, compile necessary materials, and draft minutes. Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Travel Management: Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth travel experiences for the CFO.
  • Document Management: Draft, review, and manage the CFO’s correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Assist in the coordination and management of special projects as assigned by the CFO, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage corporate events, board meetings, and other functions, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the CFO’s office, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
