We are seeking an Admin Executive with at least 1 year of experience in administrative operations within the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative functions efficiently. You'll be responsible for supporting smooth office operations, managing documentation, and ensuring professional communication across departments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk activities, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming office environment
 - Prepare, process, and maintain invoices, courier records, and essential office documentation
 - Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque handling, and other routine financial tasks
 - Maintain and organize office supplies, files, and records for easy accessibility
 - Assist senior management with scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence
 - Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal procedures
 
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year of UAE-based administrative experience
 - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor
 - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
 - Currently based in Dubai and available for full-time, on-site work
 - Organized, dependable, and proactive in handling office responsibilities
