Based in Oslo, CBA (Commercial Banking Applications) is an integral part of the United Fintech platform, where the IBAS system supports banks globally across areas such as payments, trade finance, account management and lending. To strengthen our team, we are now seeking a Banking Product Manager to help shape the next generation of banking technology.

The Role
As Product Manager, you will play an active role in the continued development and implementation of our banking solutions. This is a hands-on position combining technical, functional, and client-facing responsibilities, offering excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Contributing to the design, specification, and testing of new IBAS system functionality
 - Ensuring product documentation remains accurate and up to date
 - Supporting sales, development, and implementation projects
 - Conducting training for customers, colleagues, and partners
 - Providing application maintenance and support for our international customer base
 - Participating in international client projects, both remotely and on-site
 
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are curious, proactive, and structured in their approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in banking or financial technology is an advantage, but not a requirement - the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
You Will Likely Bring
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Trade Finance, Loans, Deposits, Core Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Payments, or Cash Management
 - Experience within a financial institution or with a banking or fintech technology provider
 - Exposure to the design or implementation of IT systems for banking products
 - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
 - Fluency in English, both spoken and written
 - The ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams
 - Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as part of client or project engagements
