OverviewThe Private Client Function drives the acquisition and management of Tribe i/o (invite only) members. You will be responsible for engaging, converting, and nurturing HNWIs/UHNWIs into long-term Tribe i/o members, managing their end-to-end experience with Tribe.
This is a client-facing, high-trust role requiring experience in long-term discerning client relations, real estate investing and comprehensive reviews to understand client needs and preferences
Tribe i/o represents the future of our exclusive investor echelon: an invite consortium limited to 100 investing members. Entry requires a minimum investment commitment in year one, with membership thereafter reserved for the top 100 performers on our platform.
These founding members will enjoy privileges; guaranteed priority allocations, preferential fee structures, exclusive secondary market access, and bespoke lifestyle services.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will assume a cornerstone role in cultivating and stewarding this community of visionary investors. This is not merely a position, it's an invitation to help architect the future of real estate investment as a founding team member of Tribe, serving sophisticated capital allocators.
- Member Acquisition & Client Relationship Management
 - Drive international sales to UHNW clients in the GCC region, by sourcing and prospecting HNWI/UHNWI clients with investable assets of $2M+.
 - Leverage personal brand and network in the luxury real estate ecosystem.
 - Deliver 1:1 outreach, events, presentations, and close deals
 - Organise and host private dinners, villa tours, and exclusive client events.
 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, family offices, and wealth advisors.
 - Manage enquiries, onboard new members, and ensure seamless client journeys.
 - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth of the platform deal volume.
 - Brand Representation
 - Represent Tribe at wealth, luxury, real estate, and investor events.
 - Cultivate a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
 - Embody Tribe’s ethos of wealth with balance in every client interaction.
 - Commercial Delivery
 - Achieve monthly and annual investment targets
 - Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, and client activity.
 - Service Tribe i/o members’ real estate needs - off-plan & secondary market sales.
 
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate, client facing wealth management or a private office function, with a strong track record of closing deals and client growth.
 - Network: Established connections with HNWIs/UHNWIs, family offices, and private wealth managers.
 - Feedback: Comfortable giving and receiving direct, honest feedback. We have people from all walks of life at Tribe, because diversity of opinion is a strength.
 - Brand: A demonstrable personal brand in Dubai’s real estate ecosystem or investing circles.
 - PR: confident representing the brand on camera and social media.
 - Skills:
 - Exceptional communication & presentation skills.

 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Compensation:
 - Monthly base salary reflective of level of experience
 - As a founding team member you become a part owner in the company via participation in the company’s Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP).
 - Commission: A % of Tribe i/o members’ investment commitments & and 50/50 commission split on direct sales (off-plan &/or secondary)
 - Tools: AI-tools as you would expect in a start-up environment in 2025

For transparency, the recruitment process will look something like this:
- Tribe receives the candidate’s LinkedIn application
 - An initial interview request will be sent to those who we think are a potential fit
 - A strengths finder & personality test will be sent for completion
 - Interview 1 will be online (30 mins)
 - A follow up interview request is sent (or a polite decline)
 - Interview 2 will be in-person (60-90 mins) over coffee
 - Then, for the chosen candidate - reference requests will be made. For everyone else, a polite decline (with feedback) will be sent via email.
