Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project files, logs, schedules, and documentation across all development stages.
 - Prepare minutes of meetings, progress reports, and internal coordination memos.
 - Support document control processes in coordination with consultants and contractors.
 - Act as a point of contact between the development team and consultants (architects, engineers, planners, etc.).
 - Coordinate submission and follow-up of documents to authorities such as DLD, RERA, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, etc.
 - Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, site visits, and inspections.
 - Follow up with consultants and contractors on outstanding tasks, approvals, and submissions and assist in tracking key project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
 - Compile and maintain project dashboards, Gantt charts, and progress trackers.
 - Provide administrative and research support to senior team members in feasibility studies, budget preparation, or tender coordination.
 - Carry out regular site inspections and capture photographic records to document the progress of works, health & safety issues, logistical issues, etc.
 - Participate in site walks with the PDU team to take detailed notes of observations and actions for the project team to address.
 - Assist the PDU in the implementation of project organizational policies and procedures.
 - All the above accountabilities, including but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Head of PDU and other PDU managers.
 
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 year experience in project/construction administration and support, for property developers or project managers.
 
Education:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
