The Role

As a Growth Analyst at SUMWON STUDIOS, you will merge growth strategy with business intelligence expertise to identify opportunities, optimise user journeys, and support the company’s rapid scale-up. You’ll turn raw data into compelling insights that drive acquisition, retention, top-line performance, and brand impact.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Funnel and Campaign Analytics

  • Track and analyse funnel metrics, campaign performance, churn, cohort behaviour, and lifetime value. Identify bottlenecks and areas of leakage across channels

Dashboards and Reporting

  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators such as conversion, acquisition cost, retention, SKU revenue, and campaign return on investment

E Commerce Performance Analysis

  • Analyse sales, traffic, and customer behaviour using analytics platforms. Provide recommendations for merchandising and pricing optimisations based on data

Experimentation and A/B Testing

  • Lead and analyse A/B tests or multi-arm experiments to improve product pages, pricing strategies, and user experience

Strategic Insights

  • Conduct competitive and trend analysis to support growth strategy in the fast-moving fashion sector

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure insights align with business objectives

Data Quality and Governance

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and governance

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with business intelligence best practices, fashion e-commerce trends, and analytics innovations to maintain a competitive advantage


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s is a plus
  • 3-5 years in business intelligence or data analysis, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or fashion platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, and Tableau
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google
  • Strong critical thinking, pattern recognition, and KPI driven mindset
  • Excellent ability to present data-driven stories and translate insights into impactful business actions
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, goal-oriented environments
  • Rigorous in ensuring data quality and analysis accuracy
