Salary: Up to £50k (DOE)

Location: Midlands / Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)

About the Role

A dynamic technology team is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their engineering group. You’ll work alongside experienced developers on building and maintaining web applications, with a focus on PHP/Laravel and modern web frameworks.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling technical challenges end-to-end, collaborating closely with a small team, and delivering real-world impact through their code.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain PHP/Laravel applications
• Work with SQL/MySQL databases and contribute to backend design
• Build responsive front-end features with JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript)
• Collaborate with the team on system architecture and scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and problem-solving sessions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, features, and technical approaches

What Experience You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong PHP/Laravel experience
• Comfortable with SQL/MySQL; exposure to Linux/hosting environments is a plus
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, etc.)
• Team player with a proactive, adaptable attitude
