The primary function of an Executive Assistant is to support management in administrative matters, coordinate administrative procedures and research and analyze projects for executives, committees and boards of directors. There are three operating companies in the group; Nova Staffing Inc., Nova Driver Services, and Nova Healthcare Staffing also known as Rural Home Care.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, reports, mail and correspondence to the executive, committees and boards of directors,
 - Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for administrative personnel,
 - Prepare agendas and minutes and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings,
 - Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers and reports for consideration by the executive, committees and boards of directors,
 - Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations on behalf of the executive,
 - Coordinate the schedules, travel arrangements, meal and entertainment booking , training and emails (if necessary) for the executive,
 - Oversee other administrative personnel with an eye to ensuring adherence to policies and procedures of the company,
 - Manage and oversee office equipment, supplies, and other inventories,
 - Recommend training, promotion and disciplinary matters with respect to the administrative personnel for which the position is responsible for,
 - Administer corporate accounts on behalf of the executive such as supplier relationships, online applicant and sales tracking software, human resource related files
 
Academic and/or Experience prerequisites
- Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma, and a diploma in Administrative studies or related certificate program or related experience
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet browsers
 - Able to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
 - Able to operate standard office equipment
 - Possess strong organizational and attention to detail skills
 - Able to Prioritize and manage multiple projects

The Company;

Remuneration between $50,000 to $100,000 DOE
