Position: HR Generalist / HR Business Partner – Non-Profit | Full-Cycle HR | Employee Relations | Unionized Environment

Our client, a respected non-profit, is hiring a hands-on HR Generalist to lead and support a wide range of HR initiatives. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, well-being, and payroll operations — while ensuring compliance and supporting a collaborative, values-based culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted partner on employee relations, performance, and policy guidance.
- Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll and compliance, and assist with union matters.
- Champion employee engagement and wellness initiatives that strengthen culture and retention.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to improve processes and inform strategic decisions.
What You Bring:
- 3–4+ years of HR Generalist experience within a unionized non-profit environment (required).
- Post-secondary degree in HR, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in a dynamic, people-first setting.
- On-site availability 5 days per week.
