Fullstack Platform Engineer

We are seeking for a 5+ years Fullstack Platform Developer in Java and ReactJS to play a key role in delivering enterprise-level digital solutions.

This role involves hands-on development during the build phase, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.

You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers to transform requirements into effective, high-quality solutions delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position suited for developers with strong technical and a passion for building scalable, reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop platform features using React (frontend) and Java (backend).
• Ensure development aligns with specifications, coding standards, and project timelines
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to enable platform functionality.
• Configure and adapt components to meet business requirements without major architectural changes
• Collaborate with PM, BA, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Involve in code review.

An Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in Java and ReactJS
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS,, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and Git.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with Agile delivery and UAT support processes.
