Job Description
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Program Management Trainee will be a key member of the Global Business Organization (GBO) Programs Team. The team partners the Managing Director for LinkedIn's APAC business and APAC leadership team on key strategic priorities.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to leaders at LinkedIn ranging across sales, operations, finance, marketing, communications, HR and other cross-functional teams. Their primary focus will be to ensure the successful implementation of regional strategic projects and initiatives across the APAC region.
This position reports to the Director, GBO Programs Team, APAC.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the business with rhythm-of-business activities such as offsites and executive visits
 - Assist in projects such as annual business planning, marketing events, and product go-to-market launches
 - Drive and support initiatives focused on process improvement
 
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited institution, including universities, polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or equivalent educational institutions (e.g., private universities or overseas institutions)
 
- Strong interest in program or project management, operations, or strategy
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
 - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
 - Experience working on projects or group assignments involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., in school, internships, or extracurriculars)
 - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
 - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
 - Demonstrated interest or prior internship experience in tech, media, or SaaS industries is a plus
 - Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and learning how to communicate effectively across teams
 - Familiarity or coursework related to change management, business operations, or project planning is a plus
