Role Overview:
Our client are looking for a motivated and organised Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
 - Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
 - Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
 - Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
 - Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
 - Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.
 - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
 
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination or project execution, preferably in commercial office fit-outs.
 - Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
 - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
