An emerging leader in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive its regional expansion across Singapore and key Asian markets.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping strategic alliances, connecting with exchanges, venture funds, and protocols, and driving initiatives that strengthen one of the most dynamic ecosystems in Web3 today.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the company’s ecosystem across Asia.
- Identify and secure partnerships with blockchain projects, exchanges, funds, and developer communities.
- Drive deal negotiations, close high-impact collaborations, and represent the firm at regional events and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and community teams to align ecosystem strategy with growth objectives.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, revenue contribution, and adoption metrics.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem Growth.
- Proven record of driving regional partnerships and closing strategic deals in FinTech, SaaS, or Web3.
- Strong professional network within the blockchain / crypto ecosystem (exchanges, VCs, protocols).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or another Asian language a strong advantage.
