MARC Local is a full-stack event and entertainment platform connecting venues, entertainers, vendors, and audiences. It enables event creation, ticketing, bookings, and collaboration — all built for the live entertainment ecosystem.

Whether it’s DJs, comedy shows, nightlife events, or festivals, MARC helps people search, explore, and experience what’s happening around them — while giving creators and venues the tools to grow their business.

The Project: Collaboration Dashboard & Marketplace (New Module)

We’re adding a gig marketplace and collaboration center for venues, entertainers, and vendors to post, find, message, and book gigs using existing MARC profiles and calendars.

This module connects all sides of the entertainment industry in one place — making it easier to collaborate, get booked, and get paid.

Core Features:

• Listings: “Looking For” (venues/vendors) or “Available” (entertainers/vendors)
• Filters: city, date, pay range, tags, remote/on-site, verified
• Proposals & Bookings: submit → accept → auto-create booking synced to calendars
• Messaging: real-time chat with attachments
• Travel Mode: appear in searches for temporary cities
• Profiles: extend existing MARC profiles with service tags, rates, and availability
• Admin Tools: flags, soft deletes, manual verification
• Light Analytics: views, proposals, messages, bookings
